Assembly And Operations INFO

  1. Compress front fork and place inside of
    paint tank support, being careful not to
    dislodge nylon brushing.

  2. Install axle and rear wheels. Secure
    with slip nuts.

  3. Place S hook in small hole on bottom of
    paint tank, to secure tank to frame.

  4. Install handles and bolt to secure.

  5. Place long end of outrigger into bracket
    that is between front wheels.

  6. The shoe goes on the short end of the outrigger
    and is held in place with J pin. Shoe may be used
    on either side for left or right hand striping.

  7. Hook chain from handle to control valve,
    on bottom of paint tank.

  8. Install paint supply hose from bottom of paint
    tank control valve to nozzle assembly at shoe.

  9. Mount air tank on frame between brackets.
    Secure with bungee cord.
  10. Adjust outrigger support arm by bending
    up or down so the shoe slides on pavement
    at all times.

    * For Turf Striping adjust J hook so shoe cuts
    through grass but does not drag on ground.

  11. Mount regulator and pressure gauge on paint tank. Do Not over-tighten.
