Assembly And Operations INFO

  1. Install front axle and wheel.

  2. Install rear axle and wheels.
    Secure with slip nuts.

  3. Place long end of outrigger into
    bracket beside from wheel.
    Shoe may be used on either side
    for left or right hand striping.

  4. The shoe goes on the short end
    of outrigger and is held in place
    with J pin.

  5. Adjust outrigger support arm by
    bending up or down, so the shoe
    slides on pavement at all time.
    For Turn Striping, adjust J hook so
    that shoe cuts through grass but does
    drag on the ground.

  6. Use 3/8 bolt on frame, to support paint tank.
    Secure with bungee cord.

  7. Mount regulator and pressure gauge
    on paint tank. DO NOT over-tighten

  8. Install handles and bolt securely.
    Hook chain from handle to control valve,
    on bottom of paint tank.

  9. Install paint supply hose from bottom
    of paint tank to nozzle assembly at shoe.

  10. Mount the air tank on frame between
    brackets, Secure with bungee cord.
