WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Subject to credit approval. Standard terms are net 30 days from date of invoice. Past due invoices will be charged a monthly interest charge. Orders received from past due accounts will not be processed until the account is current.

TRANSPORTATION CHARGES:
Unless otherwise noted in this catalog or quoted in writing, F.O.B. College Station, Texas. Shipments sent prepaid and charges added to invoice upon credit approval. Routing will be via lowest cost and most direct route to destination.

WARRANTY:
All materials manufactured or distributed by Price Traffic Products are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship. However, Price Traffic Products cannot be held responsible for damages incurred en route to destination.

QUOTATIONS:
Price Traffic Products will be pleased to quote formally on any products we handle. Send your specifications to us, or we will be glad to assist you in writing your specifications for your material needs. Contact us by mail or by phone anytime.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Because of rapidly changing costs of raw materials as well as manufactured goods, we must reserve the right to change our prices without prior notice.

ORDERING INFORMATION

• Orders for non-standard signs and street name signs must be submitted in writing in order to eliminate possible errors as a result of telephone conversations.
• Standard signs are considered to be those illustrated in this catalog. We will be happy to quote you on any non-standard requirement you may have. Non-standard signs are not returnable.
• No merchandise may be returned without approval. Goods returned without authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense. Should a return be authorized, the merchandise must be carefully packaged to ensure it reaches us in resaleable condition. Credit cannot be given for merchandise returned in damaged condition due to improper packing.
• Upon receipt of your order, check all merchandise carefully. Take exception on the carrier delivery ticket for any item:
       a. Not received when checked against our packing list.
       b. Showing evidence of damage during transit.
  All claims for shortages or damaged goods must be filed with the delivering carrier within five (5) days after receipt of goods. Claims for loss or damage or transportation charges resulting therefrom must not be deducted from our invoice. If any discrepancies are found, note them in writing on the carrier delivery ticket and on your copy of the delivery ticket. Be sure the driver signs both copies acknowledging the discrepancy and notify us immediately.
• Hidden Damage: Should you discover any hidden damage after delivery, you should contact the delivering carrier immediately and request an inspection report be completed by the carrier.

DISCLAIMER
Products not manufactured by Price Traffic Products that are distributed as a dealer, are subject to the warranties as represented by that manufacturer's catalog and/or literature. Price Traffic Products does not assume the responsibility for accuracy of their product. The purchaser of products from this catalog has the responsibility to determine that a particular product is suitable for the usage intended by the purchaser. All applicable regulations, specifications and laws for the anticipated use must be followed by the purchaser.
